PARMESAN MUFFINS
ZERO CARBS!!


2 EGGS
4 oz softened CREAM CHEESE
1 cup MOZZARELLA CHEESE
1/2 cup PARMESAN CHEESE

Buttered muffin pan

Mix all ingredients, pour into well greased muffin pan
Bake at 350 for 10-15 min, until golden brown and puffy.
Let cool before removing from pan, They will deflate some.

Let me tell you these are SO GOOD!!!!


Variations
1t garlic powder-they taste like bead sticks from Olive Garden!
Spice Mix(Aldi's version of Ms Dash) sprinkle over before cooking or add 1t to mix-Amazing flavor!
1 pack of Truvia or your sweetener of choice + 1t cinnamon= Faux cinnabuns
The possibility's are endless!!
